There Is No Night There

I just safely returned home from a family trip to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. A toasty weather above 110 degree Fahrenheit scorched us, but we had a great time staying couple of days together away from home.

We chose to stay at Paris Hotel because my youngest daughter Rachel always liked the French style ambience, which Paris Hotel has including a replica of one of Europe’s most famous landmarks, the Eiffel Tower.

There was no night in Las Vegas. Lights lit up all night anywhere in the Strip. People were busy watching exotic shows, eating gourmet foods, drinking liquor, and betting money on gambling table or machine all night.

On my airway to home for an hour, I meditated on the Bible verse in Revelation 21:25,

Its gates will never be closed at the end of day because there is no night there.

In Heaven, God’s people will be busy watching marvelous Glory of Jesus, our Lord, eating the Hidden Manna, drinking Water of Life flowing from the Throne of God, praising God all eternity.
Lord Jesus, let us yearn for Your Heavenly Glory, Bread of Life and Living Water more than anything else here on earth! Amen.
